Two Golf Stretches You MUST DO Before Tee-Off & Before Each Drive:
1) Feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent, rotate to one side as far as possible, turning head as well. Hold for 10 seconds, then do the other side. Repeat cycle 2 more times.
2) Feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent, leaning forward in a pre shot stance, rotate completely to one side, keeping eyes looking down at floor & toes pointing straight ahead - head staying in place. Hole for 10 seconds, then repeat on other side. Repeat cycle 2 more times.

1) Lying face down on floor, elbows under the chest, fists under the eyes & toes pulled forward. Pull the stomach/abs inward as you lift your body off the ground & hold for 15 seconds. Do this 3 times. As it gets easier, build your time up to 30 seconds each hold and eventually 45 seconds.
2) Lying on your side with feet stacked, bottom elbow under shoulder, lift your body off ground by lifting top hip toward ceiling & hold. Follow same times as previous exercise & remember to do both sides.
3) Get on hands and knees to start. Raise left arm out front & right leg straight back & hold for 30 seconds. Then switch sides. Repeat 2 more times each side. Build up to 1 minute per hold as you get stronger.
4) Start on hands & toes (body off the ground). Hands directly under shoulders. Take your right arm out to the right and around to ceiling - following your hand with your eyes & hold for 15 seconds. Repeat on other side. Do two more times each side for a total of three per side. As you get stronger, increase your time per hold, eventually working up to 1 minute per hold.
These exercises can be done daily.
